North Florida Wildflower Honey
Wildflower honey comes from a multitude of flower and plant species visited by the bees in the pandhandle of Florida. Unlike, say, Orange Blossom or Gallberry, the bees do not collect from a single nectar plant source. As such, this honey comes with an exceptional variety of flavors that can vary season to season. This honey is delicious in tea and coffee, on your morning toast, or as a drizzle on your favorite dinner dish.
North Florida Comb Honey
Included with our traditional Wildflower honey, our Comb honey includes the hexagonal beeswax cells in which this honey was kept in the hive. You get the honey the way the bees, themselves, store it.
Our honey comes directly from the hive in its raw form, with all of its natural properties. It simply undergoes a straining to remove wax and other particles that have found their way into the honey. What is left is pure honey for your enjoyment.
